Privacy

What this site collects.

Short version: a contact form, no tracking cookies, no advertising, nothing sold or shared. The long version is below.

The contact form

If you send a message, I receive the email address you type, the option you pick from "Interested in", and the message itself. I use them to reply to you and nothing else. They arrive as an email and stay in my inbox for as long as the conversation is useful — typically no more than two years for an enquiry that does not become a project.

Two companies handle that message on the way to me: Cloudflare, which serves this site and runs the anti-spam check on the form, and Resend, which delivers the email. Neither uses it for anything of their own.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which decides whether you are a person rather than a script. It does not track you across sites and does not build a profile of you.

Cookies and browser storage

There is no cookie banner here because nothing on this site needs your consent. What gets stored is strictly necessary and stays on your own device:

  • Your light/dark theme choice, so the site does not flip on you between pages.
  • A short-lived marker used to run the page-to-page transition animation.
  • If you unlock a password-protected case study, a cookie that remembers it for 30 days. It contains no personal information — only a signature derived from the password itself.

Analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies, without fingerprinting, and without following you anywhere else. I can see that a page was read; I cannot see who read it.

What is never here

No advertising, no ad networks, no social tracking pixels, no third-party profiling, and nothing for sale to anyone. Fonts are served from this domain rather than from Google, so loading a page does not hand your IP address to a third party.

Your rights

If you have written to me, you can ask what I hold, ask for a copy, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it — and I will, without fuss. Email gianpauloscruz@gmail.com.
